Our Team

Seit 2018 mit von der Partie. Getreu dem Motto: “Ohne ihn geht es auch - mit ihm geht es besser.” unterstützt er die Crew im Schnitt, Ton und in der Animation. In seiner Freizeit battlerappt er gerne gegen sich selbst. Schneiden - kann sie. Britta hat Digitale Filmproduktion studiert und ist seit 2016 mit Leidenschaft bei grown. Sie zeichnet sich durch facettenreiches Editing und originelle Konzepte aus. In die Cinematographie verliebte sich Laura besonders in den 2 Jahren, die sie in London gelebt, gelernt und gearbeitet hat. Mit einem B.A. in Kunst, Musik und Medien, Erfahrung als Casting Redakteurin und Bookerin darf sie bei grown seit 2017 ihre Leidenschaft als Producerin und Kommandantin ausleben.Als neuestes Mitglied im grown Produktionsteam kümmert sich Lennart bisher die meiste Zeit um die Abläufe in der Post. Nach abgeschlossener Ausbildung hat es noch einige Jahre des Studiums gebraucht, bis er erkannt hat was er wirklich will: In der Konsole Videos demuxen, dekodieren, konvertieren... Richards Leidenschaft ist das Kreieren von Bildwelten. Seit seinem Studium des Kommunikationsdesigns erforscht er experimentelle Darstellungstechniken. Bei grown ist er seit Anfang 2017 künstlerischer Leiter.
